Payment card numbers, CVVs, and UPI PINs are processed directly by Razorpay through 256-bit encrypted channels and are never stored on Ocean Rafale servers.

3. WhatsApp Communications

Your phone number is used exclusively for operational ticket delivery and voyage advisories through the official Meta WhatsApp Business Platform.
